When I heard about the work being done by Team In Training and how they have raised more than $660 million dollars to fight cancer, I decided to do my part for this great cause. Last year I completed a century bicycle ride (100 miles) along to east coast of Florida to raise money for the cause. This year my son is joining me on another of their challenges - to complete a 109 mile bicycle ride around Tuscon Arizona in November. Between now and then we will be training most days to get ready. We all know at least one person whose life has been affected by cancer and so this cause has meaning for everyone.
